Delivery and Carriage Charges

We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and are able to send your order either to your home or to your place of work. We aim to send all orders out on the day the order was placed but at peak times of the season this is not always possible. In such cases we aim to deliver within 3 working days. Delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. If you order after 4 pm the next working day will be considered the first working day for delivery. In case of Bank Holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow an extra two working days.

We will attempt to email you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

Next Working Day AM Delivery
For Next Day delivery, orders must be received by 4pm. If you order after 4pm, the next working day will be considered the first working day for delivery.

There is also the ability to arrange pick-up at our warehouse at no charge.

Postage for Special Order Items
We pride ourselves on being able to source most items using many different suppliers. This can sometimes mean that for unusual, limited production or bespoke items that are ordered individually with our suppliers we will need to pass on carriage charges charged to us to you. This will be indicated to you as soon as possible after we have received your order. We will always attempt to minimise such costs, and where possible place a larger order with the supplier in order to reduce the charges.

- All prices are inclusive of VAT.
- All prices are subject to alteration with no prior notice. E&OE.
- Special offer prices or prices below our RRP are strictly subject to availability.
- Promotions, special offers and free gifts are strictly subject to availability.

 

Payment
Accepted methods of payment are Google Checkout, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Solo.

All submission of payment details and indeed all customer details are safeguarded by recognised encryption software.

Payment will not be taken until the ordered items have been dispatched. In the event that there will be a delay in our normal dispatch timescales, you will be notified in order to have the choice to cancel the order.

 

Ordering
Whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur 2 Buy A ltd cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to buy not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.

Returns
Any product may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for goods of equal value if returned unused within 7 days of receipt.

Each returned item must be accompanied by a copy of the customer’s original receipt, original packaging, relevant warranties, contact details and a covering letter explaining the reasons for the return and the required course of action.

 

In the event that the items are faulty, then a replacement item will be sent or the item will be forwarded to the manufacturer for resolution. In either event you will be informed of the course of action taken.

We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery.
2 Buy A ltd will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

All shipping back to 2 Buy A ltd is paid for by the customer. We are unable to refund your postal fees.

Any product returned found not to be defective can be refunded within the time stated above and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover our administration costs. This will be the case when a special order has been placed rather than a standard order. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customers expense.

Discounted, clearance or end of line products can only be returned for repair. No refunds of replacements will be made.

Incorrect/Damaged Goods
We try very hard to ensure that you receive the correct order in pristine condition. If you do not receive your products ordered please contact us as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact immediately, this will be given special priority and you can expect to receive the correct item within 48 hours. For any incorrect items received all delivery charges will be refunded back onto your credit/debit card.
